Position Overview:
The HR Business Partner plays a key role in aligning HR practices with business goals, providing guidance on employee relations, organizational development, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
? Act as a consultant to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices
? Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and resolutions
? Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
? Maintain HRIS data accuracy and leverage UKG for reporting and analytics
? Partner with leadership to support talent planning and development
Qualifications:
? 7+ years of experience
? Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
? Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
? Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
