A Hueman client is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support their HR Operations by organizing and digitizing employee records.
Our client has started a journey to move from paper HR files to digital. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for reviewing employee files to separate active from terminated records, identifying and scanning required documents into the electronic filing system, and applying retention policies to properly dispose of terminated files and I-9s. The HR Admin Assistant will also be extracting training documentation for QA purposes. Prior experience in HR or file management, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality are essential. This is a 4 month assignment.
