Job Summary Responsible for contributing to the mission and vision of the Company by serving as the main Human Resources (HR) point-of-contact for Company employees. Provides consultative support services to Company employees with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise and timeliness. This includes evaluating and analyzing the concern to quickly determine the appropriate resolution and/or escalation consistent with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
