Job Summary
Responsible for contributing to the mission and vision of the Company by serving as the main Human Resources (HR) point-of-contact for Company employees. Provides consultative support services to Company employees with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise and timeliness. This includes evaluating and analyzing the concern to quickly determine the appropriate resolution and/or escalation consistent with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Depends on others for instruction, guidance and direction. Develops competence in own area by performing routine work. Core Responsibilities

  • Provides consultation to domestic and international Company Employees, People Leaders & Human Resources Professionals on all human resources related inquiries and business process transactions. Supports areas including but not limited to: Payroll Related Processes and Policies, HR Business Processes and Policies, Compensation, Recruitment, Human Capital Management, Security, Reporting, Leave of Absence, Learning, etc.
  • Understands and stays up to date on core Employee, HR, and Senior Leader Business Processes.
  • Effectively resolves pay related issues by identifying the root cause and partnering with Payroll, Tax, and other teams as necessary.
  • Collaborates with internal and external teams on escalated and/or complex matters, including but not limited to: HR Service Delivery, Centers of Excellence, and local Business Partners.
  • Supports intake of employee requests for non-medical accommodations. Ensures accommodation details are accurately documented in case management system.
  • Assists with HR related file digitization.
  • Is flexible and adapts to new services and support assignments as business needs change.
  • Educates on self-service tools and resources, as well as promoting and reinforce the use of them. Identifies adoption trends of tools and provide suggestions on enhancements.
  • Stays up to date on relevant Company and departmental policies and procedures with global consistency and local applicability.
  • Responds to questions, concerns and complaints in compliance with SLAs.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary:
National Pay Range: $15.00 USD-$34.92 USD Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
