Job Description


Assists with recruiting success throughout the organization. Employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. Nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, coordinating with staffing vendors, attending career fairs and/or utilizing appropriate social networking sites and contacts
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing company culture and objectives, job requirements and applicant qualifications
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria and to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process
  • Represent the company at job fairs and external recruiting events.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System to maximize its use in supporting recruiting operations.
  • Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity, and meet government reporting requirements.
  • Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects
  • Arrange and conduct telephone, skype, and in-person interviews
  • Work with Director of HR to determine appropriate salary offers to candidates considering compensation ranges and internal equity
  • Negotiate salary and present offer letters
  • Coordinate pre-employment screenings and on-boarding for direct-hire and temporary employees
  • Act as primary contact for staffing vendors
  • Maintain all applicable records in compliance with government regulations
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Recruiting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience
  • Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes
  • Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
  • Experience recruiting all levels of employees including senior management positions.
  • Strong vendor manager skills related to recruitment activities such as search firms and job boards
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and candidates simultaneously under minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Mature, energetic and able to take on challenging work
  • Flexibility with ability to overcome obstacles to meet deadlines
Preferred
  • Experience in general HR functions
Education:
  • Associate of Arts degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred
Experience:
  • Minimum 4 years of related experience
