Requirements:

• Two years of office experience in a fast-paced setting, including independent decision-making, critical thinking, high level of customer service, and attention to detail.
• Human Resources experience preferred.
• Experience using an automated Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is strongly preferred.
• Associate degree in Business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree - preferred.
• Certification in CCP, CEBS, SHRM or HRCI, Project Management or Six Sigma, preferred.
• Non-Clinical - None
