The HR & Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role supporting both the Human Resources and Recruiting teams for the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family. This position provides key administrative, project, and coordination support to ensure smooth and timely execution of HR and recruiting operations across all locations.
The coordinator will help manage incoming requests, monitor workload, and support accountability across HR and recruiting functions. This role requires exceptional organization, accuracy, discretion, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Operations Support
Ticketing System: Assist with launching and day-to-day management of the new Recruiting Ticketing System. Route and track requests for job postings, offers, assessments, and other recruiter support tasks. Ensure timely closure of tickets and accurate reporting of response times.* Offer and Assessment Support: Submit offer letters and candidate assessments; assist with creating requisitions.* Candidate Status Tracking: Disposition new hires once complete, ensuring proper handoff between Recruiting and HR.* Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews and onboarding logistics as needed.* Process Documentation: Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs, standard job ad templates, and applicant screening procedures.* System Support: Maintain accuracy of candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).* Travel Coordination: Support travel scheduling for HR and Recruiting staff.*
HR Administrative Support
Provide administrative support for HR activities, including scheduling, file organization, and correspondence.* Assist with onboarding (WOW Day), employee communications, and HR reporting as needed.* Support HR and Recruiting initiatives, including engagement programs, compliance documentation, and event logistics.* Uphold strict confidentiality in all aspects of the role.*
Process Improvement
Support process improvement efforts across recruiting and HR workflows.* Assist with data collection and reporting for department metrics and operational tracking.*

Qualifications
Desired: 2+ years of administrative, HR, or recruiting experience.* Strong organizational skills.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).* Experience with HRIS, ATS, or ticketing software preferred.* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and handle confidential information professionally.*
