About the Role



We are seeking a proactive, organized, and resourceful

HR & Office Administrator

to support our headquarters operations. This hybrid role spans

Human Resources (50%)

,

Office Management (35%)

, and

Accounting Support (15%)

.

Key Responsibilities



Human Resources - 50%



Maintain accurate and organized employee personnel files. Manage job postings on Indeed and other platforms; screen applicants and schedule interviews. Collaborate with hiring managers and external recruiters to support active searches. Administer and analyze Predictive Index (PI) assessments for candidates; prepare summaries for leadership. Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and HR documentation. Provide general HR administrative support and assist with basic HR reporting.

Office Management - 35%



Oversee daily operations of the headquarters office. Manage office supply inventory and restock the company kitchen. Coordinate with external vendors and building maintenance providers (HVAC, electricians, plumbers, etc.). Order lunches for meetings and visiting guests. Assist with planning company events, meetings, and onsite activities.

Accounting Support - 15%



Provide overflow support to the accounting team, primarily in

accounts payable

. Enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks or Zoho Books and ensure accurate coding. Assist with general administrative and bookkeeping tasks as needed.

Qualifications



Required



3-5 years of experience in HR, office administration, office management, or a blended administrative role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Experience with applicant sourcing or recruiting coordination. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with learning new software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. Experience with Predictive Index (PI) or similar behavioral assessment tools. Familiarity with QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or comparable accounting systems. Experience interacting with facilities vendors or managing office services.

Compensation & Benefits



Salary Range:

$70,000 - $80,000

annually, commensurate with experience.
