Pay & Schedule

Starting rate:

$23.75 per hour

Weekly direct deposit

(every Friday)

Overtime

paid at 1.5x after 40 hours

Paid training provided

Your Day-to-Day

Deliver packages throughout Lancaster County with accuracy and care Work independently and maintain your route schedule Handle packages up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Operate safely in all weather conditions Provide friendly and professional service at every stop

Who We're Looking For

Must be

21+ years old

with a valid driver's license

3+ years of driving experience

preferred Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Able to manage time and problem-solve on the go Prior delivery or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
