Position:
HousemanSummary:
A Houseman is responsible for cleaning and maintaining designatedareas of the hotel and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort
to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Reports To:
Housekeeping Manager or supervisor on dutyResponsibilities:
? Removing dirty linen from guest rooms and giving it to Laundry Attendants.
? Delivering clean linen to Room Attendants in guest rooms.
? Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
? Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and shampooing floors.
? Removing and disposing of trash.
? Greeting guests in a friendly manner.
? Reporting maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair.
? Stocking and maintaining supply rooms as needed.
? Performing deep cleaning tasks and special projects.
Qualifications:
? Previous hotel experience preferred.
