We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in ensuring spaces are hygienic, safe, and welcoming for clients and staff alike. Prior experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards Operate janitorial equipment such as buffers, floor scrubbers, and vacuums to ensure optimal results Conduct floor care tasks including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance and safety Assist with custodial duties related to facilities maintenance and general upkeep Handle residential painting or minor repair tasks as needed to support property maintenance Follow safety protocols related to industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly

Experience

Prior janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable Experience with commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is a plus Skills in floor care such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing are beneficial Previous porter or maintenance experience will be considered an asset Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: From $18.66 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
