Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards across all guest areas and public spaces Will be required to do guest rooms if needed. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure consistent quality and adherence to safety protocols Conduct regular inspections of rooms, corridors, and common areas to verify cleanliness and address any deficiencies promptly Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring efficient usage and timely replenishment Implement and monitor floor care procedures to preserve the longevity and appearance of flooring surfaces Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and special requests for VIP or group bookings Assist Operations in linen inventory, organization of all storage space as well as laundry.

Experience

Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial supervision within the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including industrial cleaning methods and floor care procedures Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with janitorial equipment, cleaning chemicals, and safety standards applicable to hospitality settings Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and quality assurance Prior experience with hotel operations or hospitality management is highly desirable
