Aloha Hale Cleaning is seeking a playful, forward-thinking Team Lead to ensure the highest standards of cleaning and operational efficiency are maintained.
The Team Lead will be training, managing and supporting employees, conducting quality inspections, and serving as the primary point of contact for quality control matters. Key Responsibilities Cleaning Duties
? Perform daily cleaning assignments as the primary function of this role, with the majority of time spent actively cleaning as a main function of this role. Quality Control & Inspections
? Conduct final quality control checks to ensure all cleaning meets company standards.
? Communicate inspection results and provide constructive feedback to employees and contractors. ? Report quality concerns and corrective measures to management promptly. Training & Onboarding
? Train new employees in cleaning procedures and quality standards.
? Provide ongoing support to employees and contractors to reinforce training and expectations. Employee Management
? Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and Quality First.
? Act as the primary liaison between on-site teams, management, and administrative staff regarding quality control and on-site team management.
? Uphold company values and standards by managing and correcting employee performance and behavior.Communication & Coordination
? Clearly convey quality expectations to employees.
? Maintain effective communication throughout the workday to ensure alignment between teams. Qualifications
? Strong experience in the cleaning industry, especially residential cleaning.
? Great communication skills with the ability to lead with empathy and positivity.
? Comfortable driving between multiple locations daily.
? You do not need management experience, we will give you all the tools you need to succeed in this role! Additional Requirements and Information

? Reliable Vehicle and a Valid Driver's License (essential for travel between assignments). Job Type: Part-time & Full-time availability Pay: Starting at $24.00 per hour with raise after 6 months Expected hours: Minimum 15 per week; Maximum 32 per week Schedule:
? Day shift ? 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Work Location: In person
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week
