Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential or commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and folding linens and clothing as needed. Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, and polishing various types of flooring. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any guest or client requests promptly and courteously. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently. Manage housekeeping duties efficiently in both residential and commercial settings. Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques for carpet cleaning and other specialized tasks as required. Assist with cooking or meal preparation when necessary, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with residential cleaning practices and standards is a plus. Experience in customer service roles will enhance interaction with clients or guests. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols is essential. Experience in hotel housekeeping management or commercial cleaning environments is advantageous.
