We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to join our team in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management and will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our services. Duties
Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards.
Oversee housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
Train new housekeeping employees on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Address any guest concerns or complaints regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests or additional services for guests.
Maintain records of inspections, staff performance, and any issues that arise during shifts.
Experience
Previous experience in a housekeeping role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
Familiarity with cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning practices is highly desirable.
Experience in janitorial or custodial positions will be considered an asset.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
