We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and clothing as needed. Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed in all cleaning procedures. Provide floor care services such as carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance. Assist with cooking and meal preparation when required. Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness. Adhere to safety protocols while performing janitorial tasks.

Skills

Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques. Ability to perform floor care tasks including carpet cleaning and maintenance of various surfaces. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
