Role Overview:

As a Housekeeping team member at Holly Residential Care Center, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the care team to ensure a pleasant and sanitary atmosphere that contributes to the overall well-being of everyone in our community. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities. Assist in laundry services, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and personal clothing. Follow established safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and healthy environment. Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from staff and residents. Collaborate with the nursing and direct care teams to maintain cleanliness in line with resident needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.


Experience in housekeeping or a related field. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions effectively. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Bonus If You:

Have experience in a healthcare or residential care setting. Hold certifications related to safety standards or infection control. Are proficient in multiple languages, including Spanish.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with shifts available throughout the week, including weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Eugene, Oregon.
