Server/Bartender (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Location: Landgrove, Vermont (Southern VT) Compensation: Hourly + tips (target $30-$50/hr all together) + 401(k) match; staff meals; potential housing assistance
About The Landgrove

We're a 16-room historic inn with a beloved Art Studio & Full-Service Restaurant, hosting 35-40 art workshops a year with nationally and internationally known artists--on 23 acres in Vermont's Green Mountains, next door to alpine & cross country skiing paradise.

Under new ownership, we're preserving the inn's soul and elevating service, food, and programming for families, artists, and nature lovers.

Looking for entrepreneurial, humble, and action-oriented folks with positive energy to join us in bringing The Landgrove to new heights!

The role

Make rooms sparkle and common spaces feel welcoming. You'll own daily cleans and turnarounds, keep our laundry and linens in great shape, and help guests feel cared for from the moment they arrive. You also may support events and artist receptions tied to our studio program.

What you'll do

Guest rooms: Make beds, dust, vacuum, mop; restock amenities; refresh towels/linens Bathrooms: Clean/sanitize surfaces, fixtures, mirrors; restock supplies Turnovers: Execute checkout cleans on time; follow checklists and standards Public areas: Lobbies, hallways, porches, stairways--tidy and guest-ready Laundry & linen: Wash, dry, fold; track par levels; report damage/stains Quality & safety: Follow chemical/label rules, handle lost-and-found, report maintenance issues Teamwork: Coordinate with Front Desk/FOH on early/late arrivals, special requests
What you bring

0-10+ years in housekeeping or custodial work (we'll train the right person) Detail-driven, reliable, friendly; pride in a job done right Able to lift 40 lbs, push/pull carts, bend/stoop; on your feet most of the shift Weekends/holidays as needed; comfort using checklists/radios (we'll teach our system)

Schedule

Full-time or part-time; daytime focus with some flexibility based on check-outs/events.
