Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Carry out floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain health and safety standards. Assist in the organization and management of housekeeping tasks to optimize efficiency. Provide exceptional hospitality by addressing guest needs and requests promptly. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the facility.

Requirements

Previous experience in industrial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial services is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
