House Manager
who leads with compassion, adapts with grace, and understands that dementia care is as much about people as it is about process. This role is hands-on, heart-forward, and perfect for someone who can support caregivers and step in for residents when needed.

What You'll Do
Lead with kindness, setting the tone for a calm, supportive home
Adapt to the changing needs of residents living with dementia
Hire, train, schedule, and mentor caregivers to build a strong, welcoming team
Partner closely with families and medical professionals through clear communication
Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately
Manage household operations including groceries, supplies, and budget awareness
Step in when needed--because great leaders don't lead from the sidelines

What We're Looking For
2+ years of dementia care experience
in a facility setting
Previous leadership or management experience
Active QMAP certification
(required)
CPR/First Aid preferred
Clean background check
A calm, adaptable leadership style

$59,000-$61,000 annually
