We are looking for a dedicated House Cleaner to join our team at The Cleaning Authority, Louisville, who believes as we do. Your job is to clean our homes, following The Cleaning Authority "process", leaving the home cleaner than you found it, as if it were your own.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential homes.

Use eco-friendly cleaning products to ensure a safe environment.

Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas.

Communicate with our clients to make sure their needs are met.

Keep equipment and supplies provided to you in good working condition.

Be respectful to your co-workers, and other staff, making sure to follow direction given.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.

Ability to work independently with time management is a top priority.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.

What we are NOT looking for:

Forklift personnel.

Security Guards.

People that are still in High School or haven't completed the GED.

People that may have difficulty navigating flights of stairs, getting into nooks and crannies, and completing 5 (five) houses in a day.

People that don't have command of the English language.

The items may seem "abrasive", they're not. What we have found in our years of navigating the workforce is that this job requires certain characteristics that fit into an environment. The above ones, don't.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $652.00 - $792.00 per week
