We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Manage floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance to ensure all areas are well-kept.
Launder linens and other items as needed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks.
Maintain an organized approach to housekeeping management, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is in good working order.
Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Qualifications
Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and equipment usage is a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
