We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, with an emphasis on thoroughness and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Perform residential cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established cleaning protocols.
Conduct commercial cleaning in offices or public spaces, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and feedback promptly.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or needs for replenishment.
Ensure all areas are sanitized according to company standards to promote a healthy environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
Experience in hotel cleaning or similar settings is advantageous.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
