Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team environment.
Monitor department hours
Monitor Reservations
Qualifications
Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Proficient in strategic planning and project management principles.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
