Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, conducting nightly audits, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in hotel management, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Duties

Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in guest accounts. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, ensuring effective communication with guests and staff. Assist with guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel. Uphold high standards of hospitality management and ensure compliance with hotel policies.

Experience

Previous experience in hotel management or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Experience working with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is beneficial. A background in hospitality or resort environments will be advantageous for this role. Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
