Responsibilities
Oversee the night shift operations at the front desk, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes for all guests.
Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including verifying billing accuracy and preparing reports for management review.
Provide friendly, professional customer service to guests arriving or departing during overnight hours, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and payments using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
Ensure the safety and security of the property by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols, and managing access control procedures.
Handle guest requests with enthusiasm and professionalism, including providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest profiles, preparing shift reports, and documenting incidents or maintenance needs.
Uphold excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple communication channels to ensure prompt responses to guest or staff inquiries.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, especially in night audit roles or resort environments.
Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests.
Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and front desk procedures.
Exceptional attention to detail for accurate financial reconciliation and record keeping.
Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner and hospitality-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and motivation.
