What you'll do

Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are impeccably clean and well-maintained. Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold quality standards. Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize productivity while ensuring thorough floor care and janitorial practices. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all resources are available for your team's success. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects and maintain a seamless guest experience. Address any guest concerns or feedback promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and industrial cleaning practices.

Preferred qualifications

Previous custodial or janitorial experience in a hotel or similar environment. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage a diverse team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
