What you'll do

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, and folding linens and towels efficiently. Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to ensure all rooms are prepared for new arrivals. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to uphold quality standards. Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues. Uphold safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Basic qualifications

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.

Preferred qualifications

Previous hotel experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with custodial or janitorial practices. Experience in industrial cleaning techniques. Strong knowledge of floor care methods and equipment. Proven skills in housekeeping management or leadership roles within a hospitality setting.
