Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and budget management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff to deliver outstanding service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue
- Maintain hotel standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate hotel activities and events
- Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and manage budgets effectively
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends
- Familiarity with human resources processes and procedures
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and communication
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
