Job Description
The Restoration Hotel is seeking full-time Night Auditor to join our team!
Responsibilities will include:
Reconciliation of the day's receipts, processing, and balancing of cash and credit card transactions.
Registers and processes guests promptly upon arrival and departure, to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Accurately conduct all cash handling and credit card processing activities.
Understand and apply all hotel safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment.
Understand and be fully versed on hotel brand, standards, procedures and guest confidentiality.
Requirements:
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Professional appearance.
Guest services driven.
Schedule flexibility with the willingness to work weekdays, weekends and occasional holidays.
At least 1 year of hotel experience in a Guests Services role, preferably at a 4+ diamond/luxury property.
Prefer Night Audit experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
