Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audit procedures efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Process payments and maintain financial records
- Ensure the security of the property during the night shift
- Perform end-of-day tasks and report preparation
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel setting
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of guest services and hospitality industry standards
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Background in hospitality management is advantageous
