The North Conway Grand Hotel is currently searching for an Engineering Manager!

The hotel offers a?competitive salary?with opportunities for pay increases after 90 days and 1 year of employment.

The Engineering Manager is responsible for the day to day maintenance operations. The manager needs to be a hands-on and high-energy leader with the ability to multitask throughout the day. The manager will be expected to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and lead the Engineering team members to ensure service standards and team satisfaction goals are exceeded. The manager will communicate daily with the General Manager and continuously uphold the company's policies and procedures.

Candidates must be willing to relocate and/or commute to North Conway, New Hampshire.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
