Duties
Work front desk shifts as needed (including weekends as needed).
Spend
1-2 days per week
working in the office with the General Manager on back office and administrative tasks.
Serve as the GM's right hand
, trusted to handle responsibilities with independence, sound judgment, and reliability.
Work closely alongside the GM to support daily operations, reporting, and coordination of staff.
Assist in managing hotel operations, including front desk, maintenance and housekeeping departments.
Conduct night audits
as necessary to ensure accurate reporting of daily financial transactions.
Uphold standards of hospitality by providing exceptional service to guests at all times.
