Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly with a friendly and positive attitude, making them feel comfortable and appreciated Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and answering initial questions about the menu or restaurant services Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth seating flow and guest satisfaction Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Assist in managing guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously Support overall restaurant operations by coordinating with team members to uphold hospitality standards and guest services

Qualifications

Previous host/host experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant environment preferred Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to create positive guest experiences Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in food service, serving, or hotel guest services is advantageous Knowledge of hospitality principles, including guest relations and phone etiquette Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor in a dynamic setting

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
