Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, making them feel instantly welcomed and valued Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain clear and friendly communication with guests, staff, and management to ensure smooth operations Answer phone inquiries promptly, providing accurate information about wait times or reservations while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Assist with guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to enhance overall guest satisfaction Support the dining team by coordinating guest flow and ensuring timely seating during busy periods Uphold cleanliness and organization at the host stand, ensuring a professional appearance at all times

Requirements

Prior experience as a Host or Host in food service or restaurant settings preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable, including serving or guest relations roles Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure Experience in hotel or guest services environments is advantageous but not required

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
