Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Duties: - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently - Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations - Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience Qualifications: - Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services - Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills - Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Excellent time management and multitasking abilities - Passion for the culinary industry and willingness to learn Joining our team as a Front of House Team Member offers an exciting opportunity to grow in the hospitality industry.
