Welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage seating arrangements and waitlists effectively during high-volume periods. Coordinate guest flow to maintain optimal dining room efficiency. Assist servers and managers with guest communications and special requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entryway.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional guest experiences through teamwork, efficiency, and positivity. Maintain Duff's high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. Work closely with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations. Support inventory and stocking tasks as needed, ensuring quality control and minimizing waste. Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment that guests and employees love. Maintain high standards to ensure health & safety compliance, uphold brand policies, and keep the restaurant looking and running at its best.

Who You Are:

Experienced in Fast-Paced Settings

- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
