We are looking for a reliable, patient, and customer-focused Host / Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, has strong communication skills, and is confident handling customer concerns while keeping operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer phones and platform orders (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) Distribute take-out orders accurately and efficiently Assist with managing wait times and table flow Handle and resolve customer concerns or issues calmly and professionally Support staff and management during busy service periods
Requirements:

Previous restaurant or customer service experience (management or leadership experience preferred) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively Patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude under pressure Excellent communication and multitasking skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Reliable transportation and punctuality
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
