Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Hostess to be the welcoming face of our fast-paced breakfast and brunch restaurant. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for the entire dining experience by providing warm hospitality, clear communication, and efficient service in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival Manage the waitlist and seat guests efficiently while maintaining smooth table flow Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist with reservations, wait times, and general inquiries Input and manage online and takeout orders accurately and efficiently Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure excellent guest service Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entry area Handle guest concerns or questions with a positive, solution-focused attitude Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications & Skills:

Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using POS systems and online ordering platforms Excellent time management and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous hosting or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 20 lbs if needed Comfortable working mornings, weekends, and holidays
