What You'll Do
Fundraise:
Aim for a friendly goal of
$1,500
(many hosts exceed this).
Invite & fill seats:
Encourage colleagues/clients/friends to attend (individuals or corporate tables).
Sponsorship outreach:
Make warm introductions to potential sponsors; we'll help close.
Signal-boost:
Share curated social posts, emails, and talking points (we provide everything).
Be present:
Join brief host calls (biweekly, then weekly near event) and attend the gala if possible.
Time Commitment

2-4 hours/week
through November 19, 2025 (lighter early, slightly heavier the final 3-4 weeks).
We do one on calls to support you in your fundraising efforts.
Requirements
Purchase your host ticket (

Comfort making warm asks/introductions; persistence with a friendly, professional tone.
Existing network in
finance, real estate, corporate, or professional associations

Reliability, integrity, and alignment with the mission.
Nice-to-Have
Prior success in fundraising, sponsorship, business development, investor relations, or client entertainment.
Access to corporate giving/matching, CSR, foundation, or marketing budgets.
Experience hosting small client gatherings or table-captaining at benefits.
