We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a positive dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties
Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables, ensuring a pleasant first impression.
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
Provide menus and offer assistance with any questions regarding the menu items or specials.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and dining area.
Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to enhance guest satisfaction.
Support guest relations by ensuring that all guests feel valued and appreciated during their visit.
Experience
Previous experience as a Host/Host or in a similar role within the food service industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest services.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
