We're looking for a friendly and energetic Host to welcome guests and create a warm, inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive. As the first point of contact, you'll be responsible for ensuring guests feel valued and comfortable, guiding them to their tables, and managing wait times efficiently. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival with a friendly smile and positive attitude. Manage reservations and waitlists using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure smooth seating flow. Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and answering initial questions about the restaurant or services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, ensuring it's welcoming at all times. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate seating arrangements and special requests. Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist in managing guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience as a host or host in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a genuine enthusiasm for creating positive guest interactions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
