Host Role Overview

A host is the first point of contact for guests in our restaurants, this position plays a pivotal role in creating a positive and memorable dining experience. With a genuine smile and welcoming attitude, our Hosts are the key to setting the tone for an egg-cellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression

Seat guests efficiently to optimize guest flow

Manage the seating chart to balance server workloads

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns

Collaborate with fellow team members and help out where needed

Maintain a clean and organized host area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests

Qualifications

Previous hospitality experience is a plus

Strong customer skills with a focus on guest relations

Proficient using guest waitlist and other technologies

Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette

Ability to manage guest inquiries and provide exceptional service
