We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using the Aloha POS system. Maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods and communicate wait times effectively to guests. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Assist with phone etiquette, answering calls professionally, and taking reservations as needed. Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Uphold cleanliness and organization in the host/host area.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha, is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and a willingness to help others are essential traits for this role.
