Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival, providing a positive first impression Manage seating arrangements efficiently Maintain waitlists and communicate wait times effectively to guests Assist guests with seating, answer questions about the menu or restaurant amenities, and provide information about specials or events Handle phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette and guest relations skills Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service Keep the host station clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies Support guest needs throughout their visit, ensuring a memorable dining experience

Experience

Prior host/host experience preferred, especially within food service or restaurant settings Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Experience in hospitality, hotel guest services, or serving roles is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential

Pay: From $8.00 per hour
