Responsibilities

Manage the seating chart and waitlist efficiently to optimize table turnover. Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Maintain a clean and organized host station and entrance area. Assist guests with special requests and provide information about the menu and restaurant policies.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a host or in customer service preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
