Job Description

Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at Tiebreakers!
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus, and silverware
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and special requests
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked reception area.
- Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Provide information about the establishment's services and offerings
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Use Host Concepts to keep the floor up to date, and manageable on shifts.

Experience:

- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and handling reservations
- Familiarity with Host Concepts system is a plus
