Responsibilities

CONCEIRGE SERVICES Manage reservations efficiently ensuring smooth seating arrangements Maintain an organized guest list, customer list, special guest list and communicate all of our offerings clearly to guests Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and answering initial questions about the menu or offerings Coordinate with mangers and owners, to optimize guest exprience flow Handle guest inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, providing accurate information and assistance Generate and keep up withs special guest lists

Experience

Prior experience as a host or host in a fast-paced environment is preferred Experience working in hotel or guest services settings is a plus Proven ability to manage guest relations with professionalism and courtesy Knowledge of hospitality standards, including serving protocols and guest engagement techniques Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per week

Work Location: In person
