We are seeking a warm, outgoing, and organized individual to join our team as a

Host/Hostess

. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. Additionally, you will assist with guest inquiries about our dining, catering, and event services to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor Manage reservations and coordinate seating to optimize flow and minimize wait times Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries about dining, catering, and private events Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the host stand and waiting area Communicate wait times and manage the waitlist efficiently Work closely with servers and management to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests Assist with catering and event check-ins, guiding guests to their designated areas Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials or promotions Uphold excellent customer service standards to create a positive dining environment

Requirements:

Previous experience in a host, customer service, or front-of-house role preferred but not required Strong communication and multitasking skills Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and reservation systems is a plus Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
