Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure a smooth flow of service throughout the establishment.

As the first point of contact, you will greet guests with enthusiasm, and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize guest experience. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will set the tone for a memorable visit, fostering guest satisfaction and loyalty.

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our hospitality team, delivering exceptional guest services in a lively environment.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet guests upon arrival with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize table turnover while ensuring guest comfort Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service flow Assist in guest relations by addressing questions, concerns, or special requests promptly and courteously

Requirements

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
