Job Overview

Tucked inside the Imperial Waik?k?, RM 38 is a refined, vintage-inspired cocktail bar rooted in 1938 elegance, offering craft cocktails and an intimate guest experience. We are seeking a polished and welcoming Host to serve as the first point of contact for our guests and help set the tone for each visit. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, manages guest flow with ease, and maintains a calm, professional presence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a strong first impression Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists using POS systems Answer phone inquiries and assist with reservation bookings Coordinate with service and bar teams to ensure smooth guest flow Accommodate seating preferences and special requests when possible Maintain a clean, organized host stand Support guests throughout their visit to ensure a seamless experience

Experience

Previous hosting, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette Comfort using POS and reservation systems Ability to remain composed and attentive during busy service periods Organized, detail-oriented, and guest-focused
Job Type: Part-time
